职位描述：job responsibility

A.根据客人要求安排样品，追踪样品进度 Arrange the sample according to the requirement and follow up the schedule
B.根据客人所下订单，将订单信息传递给生产部 Manage the production order and place to production plant.
C.以电子邮件形式与客人核对包装资料，核对后相应整理及翻译并传递给生产部 Check the PLI with customer by email and translate for production
D.根据客人标准安排及追踪测试进度 arrange and follow up the testing sample according to the requirement 
E.跟踪大货生产进度及出货安排 follow up the production schedule and final shipment 
F.协助业务经理处理其他订单相关的事务 assist the sales manager in other business affairs 
任职资格：requirement
A.大专以上学历(.国际贸易等经济类专业或英语专业毕业，其他专业若条件相符亦可)
Graduated from at least Junior College, major in foreign trade, English (this can be ignored if you meet all of the other requirement)
B.英语：公共英语六级以上，口语流利，需与外籍上司进行口语交流
English ability: at least pass CET-4, fluent oral English which is needed in the communication with Sales President
C.电脑操作熟练，精通EXCEL, WORD, PPT等办公软件
Be good at using laptop, familiar with the usage of EXCEL, WORD, PPT etc. office routine program
D.做事细心，有耐性，有较强的责任心。
High responsibility in working, passionate and carefully working attitude with patience
